HGV Class 2 driving work - Refuse

Job Description

Are you an experienced HGV 2 driver with rear steer experience? Opportunities are available to join our driving team working as a refuse truck driver in the local Leicestershire area. We are looking for someone who has experience in waste and refuse. You will go out with the team of loaders to built-up residential areas to collect waste bins. You will be a professional driver who is patient and polite. At busy times, you will be a great team player who is happy to support the team with any loading that may be required.

Duration : Ongoing work available following successful site induction and driving assessment.

Contract Type : Temporary

Hourly Rate : £14.71 per hour. You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year pro rata.

Working Hours : Tuesday to Friday work from 05 : 45. You will be paid for 37 hours over the 4 days.

Experience & Qualifications

Requirements :

• HGV Class 2 driving experience
• Full UK Driving licence with Cat C entitlement
• Digi taco
• CPC Card
• No more than 6 points on your licence

Ideally, you will have rear steer driving experience or have worked in a similar role. You must be able to provide full references for at least 2 years.
