With two separate arms to the business, they can offer both consultancy and contractor services. Their ability to identify problems and solve them has led to great success in their niche. In this role, you will take on several responsibilities, including preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts to ensure all terms and conditions are met. You will also be responsible for project management, ensuring work is completed within budget, on time, and to a high quality. Additionally, you will coordinate with stakeholders, maintaining consistent communication to address any issues that arise and ensuring the project runs smoothly, while also liaising with the head office to keep them updated. Finally, you will manage and oversee direct trades and subcontractors on site.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an experienced Project or Contracts Manager with strong organizational and management skills to effectively deliver contracts successfully, as well as holding a full UK driver's license to travel to sites across Oxfordshire.
