Senior Analyst, Business Strategy

The mission of this role is to drive value creation through advanced analytics, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to support key business decisions.

Location is flexible : Poland, Sweden, CZE, Finland, near our Headquarters.

Responsibilities :

• Create, conduct and develop analysis to defined decision support areas :
• Assortment management
• Distribution / Route to market decisions
• Promotions / Articles and Products management
• Services
• Lead identification of analytics objects that will drive the value creation of defined decision support areas
• Focus on predictive and prescriptive analytics which try to answer questions “what will happen” and “what should we do”
• Provides analysis, visualization, interpretation and recommendation for business for value creation including e.g. :
• Opportunity and potential identification
• Opportunity and risk quantification
• Sensitivity illustration
• Optimization recommendation
• Advanced modelling and simulation
• Co-operation with EMEA Marketing & Portfolio leaders and their teams
• Leading reporting and analytics development projects, e.g., analytics innovation projects.
• Co-operation and contribution to BI team’s total roadmap creation and execution.
