Job description

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company.

They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Qualifications :

  • Preferably field sales experience in the construction industry, craft trades, or building materials trade, ideally in wood, timber, or insulation products
  • Polite and confident demeanour, excellent communication skills, flexibility, commitment, and assertiveness
  • High customer orientation and team spirit
  • Result- and cost-oriented approach
  • Driver’s license willingness to travel
  • Residence within the sales area and short distances are prerequisites for this position

Salary is DOE but they are open to candidate requirements. With this role comes a yearly bonus and commission.

This will also be a hybrid role with travel around the South of the UK.
