• Planning, creating and scheduling engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Showcasing our projects, team, behind-the-scenes work, and customer testimonials
• Managing social media accounts daily, responding to comments and DMs professionally
• Growing our follower base and improving engagement
• Tracking and reporting on performance metrics to show what’s working
• Supporting marketing campaigns and contributing ideas to help generate leadsWhat We’re Looking For :
• Proven experience in a similar social media or digital marketing role (ideally in construction, trades, or related industries)
