• Set up and operate the powder coating plant
• Perform quality checks to ensure a flawless finish
• Adjust machine settings to maintain high production standards
• Follow safe working practices and operational procedures
• Identify and resolve issues to enhance efficiency
• Assist with preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes for better productivity and qualityWhat We’re Looking For :
• Previous experience in powder coating, a paint shop, or a similar manufacturing role
