Job Advertisement : Behaviour Support Roles (Liverpool & Surrounding Areas)

Teaching Personnel is seeking committed individuals for multiple behavior support roles in Liverpool and the surrounding areas. We are partnering with various SEN and alternative provision schools dedicated to helping vulnerable children overcome challenges and achieve their potential.

These full-time positions are ideal for reliable, empathetic individuals passionate about guiding students and managing challenging behaviors effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support students with SEMH, ADHD, ASD, and other additional needs.
  • Provide positive guidance and interventions to manage and improve student behavior.
  • Foster a calm and supportive environment that encourages learning and growth.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students, helping them feel safe and comfortable.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have :

  • Experience working with children with SEMH, ADHD, ASD, or in similar settings.
  • Strong behavioral management skills and a calm, compassionate demeanor.
  • The ability to guide and inspire students to reach their full potential.
  • A resilient and adaptable approach to meet the diverse needs of students.

    All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
