Paid to scaleKey Responsibilities : Develop and maintain high-quality learning with the Head Teacher.Design and implement a

tailored ASD curriculum .Lead, mentor, and support the teaching team.Promote students' ASD, SLD, SEMHImplement effective behaviour management strategies.Oversee IEPs and targeted interventions.Work collaboratively with therapists, social workers, and external professionals.Monitor and improve

teaching quality and student progress .Requirements : Experience working with

ASD, SLD and SEMH students in education .Proven leadership and team support skills.Strong knowledge of

SEN strategies, curriculum planning, and behaviour management .Excellent communication with staff, parents, and external agencies.Enhanced
