The role :

This firm is looking to welcome a Family Associate 3+ years of PQE into their Winchester team.

This firm has a top-tier family practice that caters to clients with diverse assets who require complex advice.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the handling of : children matters, income, pre / post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, cohabitation disputes, civil partnerships, and much more.

You will have the chance to enhance your technical abilities and industry knowledge by working alongside experienced Family lawyers who foster an inclusive working environment.

The ideal candidate :

• Family Solicitor 3+ years PQE
• Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
• Track record in business development and outstanding client care
