Our client is seeking someone who share's their company values in taking pride in delivering high-quality care.The Role : As Care Home Manager you will oversee the daily operations of the home and ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) regulations.The home accommodates up to eight residents. Your role will involve prioritising their care and offer a stable and structured atmosphere. There are no residents accommodated with challenging behaviours which allows for a continued harmonious environment.You will strive and be able to provide outstanding care while fostering a positive and rewarding workplace for the staff whilst maintain a safe, welcoming, and homely atmosphere, ensuring the highest standards of care are upheld.
