Senior Quantity Surveyor Andover - 17th Century Estate - Major Refurbishment - £90M Salary £80,000 + Car Allowance £5000 + 23 Days Holiday + Pension Blaymires Recruitment is representing a highly respected contractor who is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be site based on a major 17th Century estate refurbishment, located near Andover with a total project cost of £90M.The chosen Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a rare opportunity to commercially manage the project costs of a major refurbishment of a 250 year old Manor House, consisting of a new nightclub, traditional pub, cinema and wellness centre with a project value of £12 M. The company will consider either a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor or Senior Project Surveyor who has Main Contracting experience. You will have large new build and refurbishment experience with a good understanding of JCT form of contracts. Responsibilities :
