An ambitious Building Consultancy are looking to strengthen their project-bias team in London by adding a talented Associate Building Surveyor.The Associate Building Surveyor’s roleThe successful Associate Building Surveyor will closely on the project focused part of the building surveying division. Here you will look after multiple projects, acting in the capacity of lead Building Surveyor / Contract Administrator / Project Manager.The successful Associate Building Surveyor will also have the opportunity to work with the consultant and advisory team on projects between £0.5m and £10m.The Associate Building Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS, or working towards
• Completed a RICS accredited degree
• Project focused background
• Contract Admin / Project Management experience is ideal
• Good client facing skills
• Previous experience as either a Senior or Associate Building SurveyorIn Return?
• 75,000 - £85,000
