• Provide 1 : 1 and group support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with teachers to create and implement tailored learning plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assist in managing classroom behavior and promoting engagement.
• Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.Requirements : SEN Teaching Assistant :
• Previous experience working with SEN students is desirable.
• A passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and resilience to work in a dynamic school environment.
