The Role
We are seeking a commercially minded and ambitious individual to join our Life Sciences business consultancy practice.
As a life sciences digital transformation consultant, you will be instrumental in shaping the international business of our clients in the life sciences sector. Your role support commercial biotech and pharmaceutical executives through market analysis, commercial strategies, operational business design and new technology implementation to deliver rapid commercial outcomes for their international teams.

This role is based Monday to Thursday at our brand new office in High Holborn, London, with Fridays working from home.
Responsibilities
- Author the design and implementation of market, competitor and customer research to derive unique insight that informs strategic, operational and technological unmet needs
- Author client reports, contributing succinct business insight and commercial recommendations that steer client capability investment priorities
- Contribute subject matter expertise towards internal content marketing, sales and growth activities, supporting campaign execution and amplification where appropriate
- Author expert thought leadership that reflects unmet client needs and the evolving enterprise capability landscape, championing business transformation with client teams
- Author evidence-based recommendations that drive commercial strategy and business performance in the life sciences sector, leveraging market trends to inform your decisions
- Author commercial strategies and tactical roadmaps designed to steer the advancement of international competitive capabilities, supporting client presentations where required
- Architect new client business models, operational governance and measurement frameworks designed to ensure the performance of international cross-functional teams
- Leverage knowledge of enterprise CRM, CLM and analytical platforms to design business strategies and operational governance that maximises client investments
- Author governance tools that elevate and embed new operating standards to ensure uniform and expert decisioning for client teams
- Contribute towards expert client advisory and serve as an integral cross-functional team member throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Demonstrate the highest professional standards and ensure quality control across all business and client materials, supporting the entire team to uphold these standards
- Contribute towards new business efforts and client account strategies, designed to forecast and maximise the value we provide to existing and prospective client teams
- Contribute towards company ESG initiatives, taking an active and independent role in having a positive impact on people, the environment and our planet.
Candidate Profile
BSc / MA in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) field0 – 2 Years consultancy experience, with a focus in the Life Sciences transformationActive interest in the life sciences product lifecycle, with a focus on CommercialisationActive interest of enterprise CRM, CLM and Analytics platform technologies and their useAn entrepreneurial and data-driven mindset, able to critically examine business challengesA well organised individual able to uphold professional quality standards independentlyA problem-solver, with high emotional intelligence and fast-track leadership potentialSomeone seeking the freedoms and opportunities to lead in a scale-up environmentSomeone seeking to make a positive impact on people and the planetProficient in MS Office with advanced use of MS Excel (MS PowerBI experience preferred)Languages : in addition to English, proficient in German or Arabic would be beneficialCompensation & Benefits
