Maintenance Manager Location : North West Salary : Up to £65,000 + BonusWe are excited to be partnering with a leading Food Manufacturing business based in the North West who are currently experiencing an impressive period of growth and investment.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a high-performing site with a positive and collaborative culture. The business has ambitious plans for the future, with several exciting projects and site developments in the pipeline.Responsibilities of a Maintenance Manager : Lead and develop a skilled engineering team to deliver site reliability and drive performance.Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring equipment availability and minimising downtime.Support and manage CAPEX and CI projects in line with the site's growth aspirations.Implement and continuously improve maintenance strategies, focusing on preventative maintenance and asset care.Promote and embed a strong health & safety culture across the engineering function.Work closely with senior site leadership and other departments to align engineering and production goalsSuccessful Maintenance Manager will have : Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar senior engineering leadership role within food or FMCG manufacturing.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.A solid background in driving Continuous Improvement (CI)....
