Job Opportunity : Cut & Crease OperativeSalary : £30,000 - £36,500 per annumShift Patterns : 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm / 10pm to 6am (Must be willing to cover Nights)40 hours per week with paid breaksMain Responsibilities : Operate B1 and Large Format Cut and Crease Machines with various materialsTroubleshoot and resolve production issuesRecord job production data in the IM systemRepair, adjust, and log tooling and dies as neededHandle minor machine breakdowns and perform scheduled maintenanceKeep machines clean, safe, and operationalPerform quality checks and maintain consumable stockManage waste disposal, tooling, and material setup, including use of the pile-turnerComplete necessary administrative tasks and IMS data entryMove and charge pallets and equipment as requiredPerform general housekeeping and equipment checksCover responsibilities for absent Cut & Crease AssistantsTrain and support new C&C Operatives and AssistantsTrain and support new C&C Operatives and AssistantsPerform other tasks as directed by managementSkills and AttributesTeam player with ability to work independentlySkilled at prioritising tasks and meeting deadlinesCalm under pressureEager to learn and developStrong communication with solid interpersonal and organisational skillsExperience in packaging / greetings card sector is desirableOrganised and methodicalWillingness to work Overtime when neededBenefits : Salary commensurate wit...
