Salary Range : Up to 60,000

Location : Barrow-In-Furness

Hybrid Working Available : 1-2 Days Per Week

Hours of work : 37 Hours - Overtime (Double time for anything above two hours)

Role & Responsibilities :

• Supervise and conduct analysis and experiments to support system qualification
• Support progression of design optimisation
• Produce and review radiological safety justifications for proposed design solutions
• Direct development of in-house toolsets in support of the department goals
• Lead detailed shield design, balancing build requirements alongside system performance requirements

Qualifications / Experience Required :

UK National Security Vetting Status : Applicants must be able to obtain UKSV SC Clearance.
