Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver engaging and challenging lessons in biology across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
  • Foster a love for science through creative teaching methods, practical experiments, and real-world connections.
  • Support students in developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Contribute to extracurricular activities and promote a holistic approach to science education.
  • Work closely with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum and enhance student outcomes.

What We're Looking For :

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential.
  • A passionate and knowledgeable biology educator with the ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • A commitment to high standards and continuous professional development.
  • Experience in teaching both theoretical and practical aspects of biology.
