HR Support Apprenticeship (Level 3)
JOB SUMMARY
An exciting opportunity has arisen to undertake a level 3 HR apprenticeship in the Human Resources Administration team. The position is a fixed term contract for 37 hours per week for an expected duration of 18 months.
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship individuals are awarded a Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship qualification.
Pay will depend on age and experience as below :
Age under 18 - £12,347
Age 18-20 - £16,591
Age 21 and over - £22,071

ABOUT THE ROLE
During the apprenticeship successful candidates will be handling day to day queries and providing HR advice, working on a range of HR processes ranging from transactional to relatively complex, from recruitment through to retirement. Using HR systems to keep records, providing relevant HR information to the business and working with the business on HR changes.
Access information systems to maintain accurate and timely information for team members working on key projects and programmes of work.
Assist in the preparation reports and presentations, and update the Service Webpages, Centranet and SharePoint sites so that proper and accurate records are maintained, and information is readily available.
Act as a responsive and helpful point of resolution for enquiries and queries to the team, and across the wider authority, prioritising and appropriately dealing with or redirecting communications in a timely manner.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an individual who is computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft applications and good basic keyboard skills. A person who can collate accurate work and applies attention to the detail. We need a person with good communication skills, both verbal and written, can take direction, has an enthusiasm to learn and a genuine willingness to help others. Reliability, and flexibility is key to this role.
