A fantastic permanent opportunity for a more Junior level Operations Account Manager to join a successful, fast-growing energy, data and Technology company located in the Bristol area. This is a full-time permanent position working in a smaller team, but part of a larger Operations division.
The role is mainly to optimise and build upon relationships between the company and energy suppliers, which is an important part of the growth and operational ability of the company. You would be the primary contact for all of the suppliers. This requires a blend of experience, including data manipulation, reviewing and analysing reports, entering and updating customer information on systems, and supporting customers with ad-hoc queries.
A large part of the role involves communication through MS Teams meetings, phone calls, emails, and on occasions, face-to-face meetings at customer sites. This will involve some travel with occasional overnight stays. The main aim is to address performance and to nurture and build on customer relationships. Please note, this is not a sales role.
The role offers a hybrid way of working of 2 / 3 days in the office and working from home per week. Ideally, a car driver is required due to travel to customer sites.
