Customer Service Administrator

Sure Start Staff | Administrator | Customer Service | North TynesideWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Administrator to join our dynamic service client based at Cobalt Business Park. You will assist with the day-to-day activities of the sales department to increase revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.Employment Type : TemporaryDays : Monday - FridayHours : 40 Hours per weekGeneral administration duties, preparing and creating bid submissions, handling inquiries from clients, and taking ownership of client queries, up to resolution.Duties

• Receive inbound enquiries via email and telephone
• Log and assign enquiries
• General administration
• Chase existing quotations to close out all leads
• Produce reports for clients
• Deliver a high level of service to external and internal customers
• Assist in the preparation and creation of documentation for bid submissions
• Assist the Internal & External Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in other areas of the business to satisfy peaks in demand
• Other reasonable requests in line with the needs of the Department and the businessEssential
• Excellent customer service skills and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage and prioritise a large workload to ensure all deadlines are met
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment
• Ambition to succeed and grow in line with the business
• Use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and OutlookDesirable
• Previous experience in a customer-facing and / or administrative role
