Are you passionate about helping children reach their full potential? Simply Education is seeking a dedicated 1 : 1 Teaching Assistant to join a delightful village primary school just outside Lincoln.

Pay - £ to £ per day.

Role Details :

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Starting September 2024

Supporting individual learners throughout the school day

Lovely rural school setting

As a 1 : 1 Teaching Assistant, you will :

Provide tailored support to assigned pupils
Assist with academic and social development
Collaborate with teachers to implement learning strategies
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Support pupils' independence and confidence

The ideal candidate will have :

Some experience working with children (educational setting preferred but not required)

Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills

The ability to build trusting relationships with pupils

A positive and proactive approach to supporting learners

Flexibility and willingness to adapt to pupils' needs
