Built around a clear ethos of exceptional customer service and giving back to their community on every mortgage.How does the day-to-day look?Oversee the finance department and ensure smooth daily operations.Ensure that all internal systems related to payments, including charity deductions, are accurately updated.Process commission statements from providersCreating commission statements for all consultantsAdministrating charity and tree planting deductions.Administrating introducer and other deductions.Creating Introducer remittance statements and updating their pipeline trackersFinalising all statements and amounts ready for bank payments to be conducted.Dealing with any consultant queries regarding payments and commissionsConducting audits of pipelines and looking for discrepancies.Keeping internal records updated / monitoring KPI’sReconciling banking on XeroLiaising with Openwork regarding any commission issuesTraining, developing and supporting Pay run Support staffYou will have : Confident knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulaeOutstanding attention to detail and focusAbility to work independently without direct supervisionAbility to follow set processes...
