You must be comfortable taking charge in a classroom and know what it takes to keep lessons running smoothly in a teacher’s absence.We’re not looking for people who “think” they can do the job—we need professionals who’ve done it before and can step in with confidence.🔑 What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
• Keeping students focused, engaged, and behaving appropriately
• Following the school’s behaviour policy and escalating where necessary
• Supporting students using your classroom experience and professional instincts🔍 What You’ll Need
• Recent experience in a UK school as a TA, Cover Supervisor, HLTA, or Supply Teacher
• Strong presence and the confidence to lead a classroom independently
• Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
