Description
What you’ll be doing :
- Conducting briefings and administering all cognitive assessment activities in a controlled test environment
- Ensuring an impartial setting for all assessment activities
- Evaluating candidates based on established criteria
- Offering feedback on a candidate's assessment performance, results, and subsequent stages in the recruitment process
- Engaging in one-on-one career conversations with candidates
- Compiling detailed reports to aid recruiters and Basic Training Instructors in recognizing the candidate's abilities and areas for improvement
- Providing overnight supervision for prospective recruits
