This role is ideal for an ambitious engineer looking to gain hands-on experience in production processes, ERP / MRP systems, and process improvement within a fast-paced environment.The Junior Production Engineer will ideally have the following attributes : A degree or HND / HNC in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering (or equivalent experience)Experience or knowledge of ERP / MRP systems for production planning and inventory managementUnderstanding of manufacturing processes, machining, and fabrication techniquesProficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsA proactive approach with a keen interest in process improvement and lean manufacturingAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamGood communication skills and attention to detailAwareness of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environmentThe Junior Production Engineer role will involve : Assisting in the implementation and optimization of ERP / MRP systems for production planningSupporting the engineering team in improving manufacturing processes and workflowsCreating and maintaining technical documentation and manufacturing instructionsIdentifying areas for cost reduction, waste minimization, and efficiency improvementsAssisting with new product introduction into the production processCollaborating with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve engineering issuesEnsuring compliance with industry and company quality standardsSupporting continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projectsIf you are a Junior Production Engineer with an interest in ERP / MRP systems and a passion for manufacturing excellence, please apply with an up-to-date CV as soon as possible, including your availability and salary expectations
