This role is for a Planning Obligations CO-ORDINATOR and will be the Council's most Senior role dealing with S106 and CIL matters. The client is looking to interview candidates as soon as the week commencing 10 / 02 / 2025

37 hours per week

Hourly rate - approx. £55per hour

Local Authority experience.
