Your Role
Our Road Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel provide hundreds of customers with the services to move their goods across Europe. The sales team work directly to source, engage and maintain our customer base, ensuring that our customers shipments are booked in efficiently and delivered on time. We work with a diverse customer base – you could find yourself shipping Canoes to Croatia or Shoes to Slovakia. Every day is different! This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales skills, expand your professional network, and contribute to the company’s growth strategy. Your Responsibilities
Our 24-monthApprenticeship programme is designed to provide you with the perfectblend of practical on-the-job training and study towards the SalesLevel 4 Apprenticeship standard. You will workwithin a successful Sales team while learning everything you need to know to bea top sales performer whilst supported by your peers, your managers, and theapprenticeship team within Kuehne+Nagel.
In the first part of yourapprenticeship you will focus on getting to grips with delivering excellentcustomer service, and in the second part you will build on this foundation todevelop specialist Sales skills – you may even be given your own Customer Serviceor Sales Account to manage! Beyond this, there is an opportunity for successfulapprentices to secure a full time sales position, as well as achieving bonusesand pay rises connected to the apprenticeship programme.
