Are you a building services maintenance engineer with experience servicing mechanical and electrical systems? Based in North London and bored of commuting into Zone 1? Look no further! My client are looking to hire a maintenance engineer who has strong plant room maintenance experience in commercial environments.

Duties

Electrical PPMs and reactives
Mechanical PPMs and reactives
Plumbing PPMs and reactives
Emergency light testing
Fire alarm testing
Fire door testing
Fabric maintenance - painting, decorating, basic carpentry, repairing building fixtures
Assisting subcontractors with audits and minor installations
Ensuring Log books are kept up to date

Requirements

Electrical or Mechanical Level 3 (NVQ / C&G) qualification

C&G 18th edition (desirable)

3+ years FM building services experience

Package

38,000 to £42,000 (DOE)

Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm)

Static site in Camden
