Structural MIG Welder

Ambitek is currently recruiting for Skilled Structural MIG Welders to join our client’s team in Winsford.Job Overview : As a Skilled Structural MIG Welder, you will be responsible for MIG welding structural beams and end-plates using solid wire MIG in the down-hand position. Candidates must be capable of performing a 10mm T-joint multi-run fillet weld with a start / stop.Key Responsibilities :

• MIG welding of structural beams and end-plates
• Perform solid wire MIG welding in the down-hand position
• Complete a 10mm T-joint multi-run fillet weld to a high standard
• Ensure all welds meet the required quality and safety standardsRequirements :
• Proven experience in structural MIG welding
• Ability to complete a 10mm T-joint multi-run fillet weld with start / stop
• Ability to pass a trades test before startingWorking Hours :
• Monday - Thursday : 7 : 45am - 4 : 45pm
• Friday : 7 : 45am - 12 : 45pmRates of Pay (CIS or Umbrella) :
• Basic : £19.85 per hour
• Overtime : £27.03 per hour (after 39 hours worked)Additional Information :
