About the Role : We are seeking a diligent and experienced Temporary Credit Controller to join a team based in Crewe. This role is to cover sickness and will require you to work from Monday to Thursday. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit control and be able to manage accounts receivable efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Chase overdue invoices via phone, email, and letters.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on outstanding debts.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve any billing issues.
- Assist with month-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.
