Job description

Domestic Gas & Heating Engineer / Plumber

Plumbright Heating & Plumbing Services are seeking experienced domestic gas and heating engineers to carry out all variations of gas works, such as new boiler installations, boiler breakdowns, servicing and maintenance of hot water / heating appliances, and plumbing work.

We are looking for someone who can step straight into a varied role and work as part of our expanding team. You’ll work closely with a team of trade operatives and office staff.

The ideal candidate must be respectable, professional, and able to maintain our excellent reputation. You will be carrying out day-to-day responsive maintenance repairs within occupied properties in mainly NP post codes.

  • You must have :

  • Experience within a similar role for at least 1 year, with a checked reference
  • CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 certifications
  • Excellent workmanship & customer service skills
  • A full manual driving license as you will be allocated your own van
  • Desirable :

  • OFTEC - oil qualifications
  • LPG - qualifications
  • Unvented cylinders
  • 3 years experience
  • Salary will depend on qualifications, experience & competency

  • 8-4.30 Monday - Friday
  • 1 in 4 / 5 Saturday on call rota, emergency calls only
