Machine Operator

The Company : MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected company based in the Hartlepool area. • Attend pre shift team meetings, discuss workload and targets for the day ahead
• Report any issues which may occur during shift back to team leaders
• Overseeing a chemical process that involves feeding circuit boards through a series of baths and chemical washes.
• Monitoring machinery to ensure smooth operation throughout the production process.
• Maintaining quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Working in an environment with strong chemical smells.
• Manual handling and heavy lifting duties, follow companies’ strict health and safety proceduresThe Person :
• Excellent attitude and attendance required in order to gain a permanent contract
• A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job
• Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary
• Someone with a can-do attitude
• Must be flexible with shifts as will be expected to work overtime
