Receive briefing from the Lead Operative prior to the commencement of each contractDevelop a clear understanding of the hazards involved with and safe method to be employed for each contract, prior to leaving the yardOrganisation and control of the safe loading and securing of all equipment onto TMIV's in accordance with appropriate regulations prior to transporting to or from siteAll procedures are completed in accordance with Company Policy, i.e. vehicle defect sheets, installation checklist etcAll Operatives must have the correct P.P.E. and any other equipment for the activity to be completedEffective liaison with clients on-site to promote a positive company image in all circumstancesInstall, maintain and remove all TM required as per briefing given by Lead Operative / Contracts Department / ClientsAny changes to pre-planned activities are implemented, recorded and communicated to the operations department at the earliest opportunity when requiredEnsure all paperwork is up to date, signed by the relevant people and returned to the contracts department upon completion of the contract. Inexperienced operatives are given suitable supervision and instruction on-site to assist in the development of their skillsAll TMIV's (Traffic Management Installation Vehicles) uses are left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of each shiftAll equipment is returned to the pre-determined location upon return to the yardAll losses and damage of equipment is recorded and communicated to the contracts department at the earliest opportunityAll yard duties are completed as requested by managementRequirements :
