Job description

Are you passionate about making a real difference in a young person’s life? We’re looking for dedicated Autism Tutors in the Swindon area who can inspire, support, and engage students with autism in their education.

About the Role :

As an Autism Tutor, you’ll work one-to-one with students either in their home, at a local venue, or in school , helping them overcome barriers to learning and develop confidence through tailored, engaging lessons.

What We’re Looking For :

Experience working with children or young people with autism

A warm, patient approach and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships

Ability to assess, plan and deliver creative, student-centred sessions

Flexibility to adapt to individual learning styles and needs

Whether you’re an experienced tutor, teaching assistant, SEN professional or simply have a strong background in autism support – we’d love to hear from you!

Pay : £20–£30 per hour (dependent on experience)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
