Communal Cleaner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cleaner / Cleaning operative to work for a housing provider throughout Worcestershire and North Gloucestershire on a temporary basis paying £13 - 14. p / h (Umbrella). The Successful candidate will be available on short notice and have a Full UK Driving Licence and access to their own vehicle

You will be required to :

• Maintain a high standard of cleaning across the housing stock
• Ensure communal and void cleans are completed to a high standard and within the timeframe
• Be prepared to react to responsive cleaning requests
• Cleaning of Void & Occupied properties.
• Cleaning of Communal areas Kitchens.
• Good communication skills.
• Clean Full UK Driving License.
• Access to own Vehicle (Milage will be paid)
