Research AssistantPermanentCambridgeSRG is pleased to be partnering with an organisation involved in the development of human biomimetic platforms. As a Research Assistant in the biology team your role will be to support contract research projects by completing experiments and analysis to a high standard.Primary Responsibilities : Cell line and primary cell culture - expanding cells and ensuring sufficient cell stocks are availablePerforming biological assays (e.g. ELISA's, fluorescent microscopy, DNA / RNA extractions, qPCR)Completing data analysis to produce reliable and precise reports that can be provide to clients / customers and work to meet deadlines.Maintaining and operating standard laboratory equipment and following the company's HSE policies and procedures to ensure the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues.
