• Job Type : Full-time, PermanentWorking on a social housing refurbishment project. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective communication between tenants and the organisation, minimising disruption, and supporting tenants throughout the refurbishment process.What you will be doing :
• Act as the primary contact for tenants, addressing queries and concerns regarding the refurbishment works.
• Conduct property visits to discuss upcoming works with tenants and assess any special requirements.
• Work closely with contractors, project teams, and housing officers to schedule and coordinate works.
• Keep tenants informed on schedules, expected disruptions, and available support, ensuring transparency throughout the project.
• Address issues, missed deadlines, and tenant complaints, ensuring problems are resolved efficiently and tenants remain informed.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant communications and feedback, escalating concerns where necessary.
• Support tenants who may be challenging or resistant to works, providing reassurance and practical solutions.What you will bring to the team :
