Electrical Site Manager

This job is being advertised by S&D Trade Recruitment who operate as an employment business.We are on the lookout for an electrical site manager / foreman / supervisor for a project in Fulham, SW13.This is a project that has been underway for 5 months and is running on till september.The perfect candidate is someone with large amounts of electrical site manager / supervisor experience and is used to fast paced sites with tight deadlines, this is off the tools, but needs to have someone who is hands on in their approach, signing off all the work and not just sat in the office all day.The project is a full M&E fitout on a school in Fulham, there is already a mechanical site manager in place and looking for someone to cover just the electrical side.This includes signing off the work of the electricians, managing who is coming onto site with the security contractor and overseeing the electrical subcontractors, as ID cards will be handed out at the start of the day and given back at the end, and ensuring everyone clocks in and out correctly and has completed their online inductions.Rate is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience, and you will be meeting with the contracts manager beforehand to go over the project.There is also potential for future works with this client as they are a main contractor with lots of upcoming projects across England, and their current mechanical site manager has freelanced with them for the last 7 years moving from project to project.If your an experienced Electrical Site Manager / Supervisor looking for a good contractor to have long term relationships with, this is the perfect job for you.Please send your up to date CV and Call Harry to discuss further
