Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to hire a Client Support Administrator for a senior financial practice firm. As a people-focused firm with a close-knit team, our client are recruiting for a independent individual with strong administrative experience and a background in finance.
Key responsibilities include :
- Engaging and communicating effectively with high-clientele and prospects
- Assisting with the onboarding process of clients, managing deadlines and updating profiles
- Professional mannerism to provide and uphold the ultimate client experience
- Liaising with the technical department to ensure queries are tracked and delivered in a timely manner
- Working closely with the managing director to prepare client review meetings and adhere to a set schedule
- Being the first point of contact and demonstrating a professional telephone manner for inbound and outbound calls
- Managing own projects assigned by the Practice Manager
- Supporting the marketing promotions and social media platforms
