Client Support Administrator

Location : Harborne, Birmingham

Salary : £23,000-25,000

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to hire a Client Support Administrator for a senior financial practice firm. As a people-focused firm with a close-knit team, our client are recruiting for a independent individual with strong administrative experience and a background in finance.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Engaging and communicating effectively with high-clientele and prospects
  • Assisting with the onboarding process of clients, managing deadlines and updating profiles
  • Professional mannerism to provide and uphold the ultimate client experience
  • Liaising with the technical department to ensure queries are tracked and delivered in a timely manner
  • Working closely with the managing director to prepare client review meetings and adhere to a set schedule
  • Being the first point of contact and demonstrating a professional telephone manner for inbound and outbound calls
  • Managing own projects assigned by the Practice Manager
  • Supporting the marketing promotions and social media platforms

The successful candidate :

  • open to learning and growing long term with the practice
  • Having a “can do” proactive attitude
  • Knowledge and experience in financial services
  • 2 years in a similar administrative role
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
