HR Adviser

Anderson Knight are seeking a motivated HR Adviser to support our client. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across a range of functions including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and policy guidance. You’ll work closely with managers and employees across multiple sites, supporting day-to-day operations and helping to drive a positive and engaging workplace culture.Key Responsibilities :

• Provide first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees
• Support recruitment processes from end to end
• Advise on policies, procedures, and employment law
• Manage employee relations cases
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiativesRequirements :
• Proven experience in a similar HR generalist role
• Strong knowledge of current employment legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CIPD qualification (or working towards) desirable
• Full driving licence and access to a car is essential...
