We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Assistant to join our team at one of our sites in Ely.

We work in office restaurants, independent schools and at conference venues with the same high-end ethos throughout.
We are looking for a positive, honest and reliable employee to join our friendly and hardworking team. We can offer good training and prospects within our team for the right candidate.
Working Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am - 3 : 00pm, 35 hours per week.
This role involves :
- Helping the Chef and Chef Manager with food preparation.
- Ensuring the counters and front of house are maintained to the highest standards, in terms of presentation and cleanliness.
- Be willing to undertake any training to enhance the role as necessary.
- Ensuring crockery and cutlery are clean and highly polished.
- Advising the customers on the menu choice of the day and serving food appropriately.
- Managing till transactions with customers.
- Developing good customer relations and promoting good customer care to enhance the customer experience in the restaurant.
