Accounts Senior Job in Gosforth

Up to £35,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities of an Accounts Senior –

  • Preparation of accounts – Using Sage Xero, QuickBooks etc
  • Preparation of corporation tax computations
  • Supervising, training and mentoring more junior members of staff.
  • Preparation of management accounts and VAT returns
  • Dealing with queries raised and being the point of contact for ad hoc queries.

    • Our ideal Accounts Senior will have –

  • ACCA / ACA / AAT qualified of QBE
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with a UK Accountancy Practice.
  • Experience of preparation of year end accounts for owner-managed small to medium business, limited companies, sole traders and partnerships.
  • Be driven and proactive, ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets.
