CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR – TEMPORARY OPPORTUNITIES (THREE VACANCIES)

LOCATION :  Motherwell

PAY RATE :  £12.75 per hour

SHIFTS :  Rota basis across Monday to Saturday (8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM) and Sundays (8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM)

Interviews taking place this week, with a view to start week commencing 30th July.

People Solutions  are proud to be supporting one of our long-standing clients in Motherwell, who are looking to recruit  three additional Customer Service Advisors  to join their team on a  12-week temporary assignment .

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a focus on delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat
  • Manage a variety of customer queries and complaints efficiently
  • Provide clear, accurate information on products and services
  • Meet individual and team performance targets
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  • What We are Looking For

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience (retail, call centre, or similar fast-paced environment)
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and work well under pressure
  • Positive, proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Full flexibility to work across required shift patterns, including weekends
  • Desirable :

  • Previous contact centre or high-volume call handling experience
  • Background in high-volume customer service environments
  • Training and Support

  • Full training will be provided, with ongoing support available throughout your assignment
