Customer Service Administrator – Temporary (3 Months)
Location : Tolvaddon (Office-Based)
Contract : 3 Months
Pay Rate : £13.48 per hour
Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00am – 5 : 15pm (37 hours per week)
Pertemps Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client to join their busy Customer Service Centre. This role involves raising repairs, updating customers, and maintaining accurate records for reporting.

Strong administration and data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicator, both verbal and written
Previous customer service or call centre experience (preferred)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
