The role involves working as part of a team in a warm and person-centred environment, enabling residents to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.Key Responsibilities :
- Provide person-centred care and emotional support
- Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and activities
- Support residents with personal care, where required
- Help individuals access the community and pursue their interests
- Ensure safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding practices are maintained
- Accurately document care and progress reportsWhat We’re Looking For :
- Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar role
- A calm, caring and resilient nature
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights
- Up-to-date Mandatory Training (or willingness to complete)
