Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

Arcas Technology is partnered with a leading Technology company who are currently looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join their business on a permanent basis.The role will focus on providing infrastructure support and ensuring services / solutions are configured and deployed as appropriate. You will be a key stakeholder of the IT infrastructure and as such will be expected to maintain high standards across all areas of responsibility.Responsibilities :

• Managing, provisioning and supporting End User Computing (EUC) in accordance with organisational norms.
• Designing and executing modifications to IT infrastructure or implementing new solutions and services.
• Facilitating end-user onboarding and training through knowledge dissemination and documentation.
• Collaborating with global vendors / partners to procure necessary hardware.
• Overseeing user access privileges and enforcing security protocols to safeguard sensitive data against unauthorised access.Key Skills :
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, encompassing Entra (Azure AD), Teams, Outlook Online, and Sharepoint.
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), including macOS deployment proficiency.
• Experience in supporting MacOS environments.
• Sound comprehension of IT infrastructure best practices.
