About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally :

• Have experience of working as a Class Teacher and SENCO in a primary school
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
• Be enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education
• Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload
• Be able work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils
• Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative
• Be able to work flexibly and professionally
