Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualificationPrevious experience working within an Early Years setting - ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator or similarUnderstanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, Safeguarding and Child ProtectionPassion for early childhood education and a commitment to excellenceIf you are enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of young children and possess the necessary skills to thrive as a Room Leader, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
