RME Consultants are working with an exciting business in London to find a Maths Graduate with a strong background in Education to join a fast-growing business.

• Role : Education Assistant Centre Manager (Calling all Maths Graduates!)Salary : £25,000 - £30,000 per annumWorking Hours : 5 out of 7 days (weekdays 11 - 7 : 30pm) (weekends 9 - 2pm)Contract : PermanentLocation : Blackheath, LondonMain Duties for the Education Assistant Centre Manager (Calling all Maths Graduates!) :
• Generate leads through local marketing and local campaigns
• Achieve branch growth through efficient sales
• Build a network in the local community and create opportunities through relationships with schools, businesses, and parents
• Champion customer service, communicate student progress regularly and confidently with the result of superior student retention
• Assign curriculum by appropriately assessing students and using systems to monitor and diagnose gaps in their learning
• Oversee staff training and continued professional development
• Maintain accurate data for reporting and analysis purposes
• With the Centre Manager / Manager, manage payroll expenditure and centre costs with the goal of profitability and business success in mind
